International Interdisciplinary Conference on New Trends in Law, Human Rights, Management, Science, Commerce, Humanities, and Technology ( IICN-LHMS- CHT- 2023)Civilization may be understood as a process that involves the growth of both culture and society, as well as the moral development and awakening of each individual member of a community. The ideas of rights and obligations begin with a single person and then spread outward from there. Go through a process of formal crystallization thanks to a broader society that distributes, one after the other, the same but more nuanced set of rights and obligations to each participant in the society.
The state functions as the fundamental organizational component of every society and are central to this process. This role of identifying individual rights is expected to be carried out by the system and its responsibilities are to be identified by each member of society. However, growing anxiety can be attributed to society’s continued poor performance in a variety of areas. Realizing rights in an appropriate manner, as well as the role of the State in democratically recognizing such rights and responsibilities in a period marked by shifting neoliberal policies is of paramount importance. Sustainable Strategies, Measures, and Solutions for Business Management and Contemporary Legal issues and Reflections amidst the pandemic are areas of concern that shall be addressed academically by the forthcoming international Conference.
The overarching topic of discussion during the forthcoming worldwide conference will be these REFLECTIONS. Academics and researchers from a wide variety of fields are brought together to communicate the issues expressed above by the Department of Law, the Central University of Kerala on the 27-28th of February in 2023. Business management, law, Science, and Humanities papers will be presented by the Global Community followed by enriching ideas and analysis.
